Our initial consult was extremely thorough and followed up with a full plan on what we can already do to get started with working to improve Andy’s behaviour. He’s was very caring and understanding of Andy’s needs and we’ve already seen improvements since the initial consult. Rocco's engagment with us has hugely increased, and he is now able to look for directions from us in complex situations. Rocco is now calmer and less impulsive too which help him to make better decisions for himself when meeting other dogs. We can openly say Jack's insight, knowledge and love for dogs,  his patience with us and his calm and clear approach has helped Rocco and us. We are now more relaxed and confident when meeting other dogs and this make dog walking a much more enjoyable experience. We’ve had a consultation with Jack for our 5-year-old Russian Toy Terrier, who has developed some behavioural issues over time, including excessive barking and impulsive behaviour towards other dogs, lead pulling, and separation anxiety when we leave home without him.

We are currently expecting a baby and sought Jack’s consultation to learn what can be done to prepare our dog for our new family member, as well as getting help in other areas.

Our consultation session was excellent, with Jack sharing many tips and techniques with us. We could see that following proper training from a professional like Jack will make a significant difference to our family’s peace of mind as well as our dog’s wellbeing.
I would highly recommend anyone to try Jack’s consultation, and you will see the difference it makes to your dog’s behaviour as well as all the knowledge you will gain from it (we realised we had been doing many things incorrectly, unfortunately).

Controlling her by her lead and making her feel taken care of and not having to make decisions for her owners was something we were able to establish in our consultation session and already walking Ella is alot easier. Giorgio had a number of behavioural issues that we needed help with. He wouldn’t walk away from the apartment, his walking was erratic, he was doing toilet inside our flat, he was reactive to other people and dogs, among other things. Jack has helped us tremendously with all aspects of Giorgio’s behaviour, the 1-1 training in and around our home has been instrumental in pin pointing his triggers and how to address these. Jacks techniques really do work and this was evident even from just the first session. Jack’s an expert in his field and he’s also really great to work with, the sessions were engaging and fun and he made every effort to understand Giorgio’s behaviour and circumstances. Not only was he teaching Giorgio but also ourselves which has helped us tremendously to understand general dog behaviour and how dogs think, which enables us to react with confidence to new situations and challenges.
