Rocco's engagment with us has hugely increased, and he is now able to look for directions from us in complex situations. Rocco is now calmer and less impulsive too which help him to make better decisions for himself when meeting other dogs. We’ve had a consultation with Jack for our 5-year-old Russian Toy Terrier, who has developed some behavioural issues over time, including excessive barking and impulsive behaviour towards other dogs, lead pulling, and separation anxiety when we leave home without him. We are currently expecting a baby and sought Jack’s consultation to learn what can be done to prepare our dog for our new family member, as well as getting help in other areas. Our consultation session was excellent, with Jack sharing many tips and techniques with us. We could see that following proper training from a professional like Jack will make a significant difference to our family’s peace of mind as well as our dog’s wellbeing. Giorgio had a number of behavioural issues that we needed help with. He wouldn’t walk away from the apartment, his walking was erratic, he was doing toilet inside our flat, he was reactive to other people and dogs, among other things. Jack has helped us tremendously with all aspects of Giorgio’s behaviour, the 1-1 training in and around our home has been instrumental in pin pointing his triggers and how to address these. Yes. Behaviour issues start at home and in your daily routine, so a virtual consultation gives us all the information we need to assess the root causes. It’s efficient, accurate, and allows us to build your personalised plan before in-person training begins.

What’s the difference between virtual and in-person consultations?

Virtual sessions are ideal for clarity, assessment, and mapping the path forward. In-person assessments are deeper and involve observing your dog’s real-life behaviour in your home. Both options are credited toward your programme.

What if my dog has multiple behaviour issues?

That’s normal. We specialise in multi-issue cases — reactivity, pulling, barking, jumping, anxiety, household chaos, and more. Your programme level is tailored to the depth of support your dog needs.

What if I’ve already tried trainers or classes that didn’t work?

Most of our clients come to us after trying other trainers, classes, or online advice. Our method works because we fix behaviour at the root and train in real-life environments instead of focusing on quick tips or surface-level obedience.

How long does it take to see results?

Most families notice positive changes within the first week. Real, lasting transformation comes from consistent practice, clear structure, and our step-by-step process throughout your programme.

What if my dog is too reactive or unpredictable?

No dog is “too far gone. ” We work with dogs at all intensity levels, including severe reactivity, anxiety, overstimulation, and complex behaviour patterns. Our Platinum programme provides the full support needed.

Do you work with puppies?

Yes – early intervention prevents issues from becoming long-term problems. If your dog is young and showing early signs of unwanted behaviour, the Silver tier is often the perfect fit.

What happens after the consultation?

We recommend the exact level of support your dog needs (Silver, Gold, or Platinum). Your consultation fee is credited toward your programme, and we book your first in-person session to begin the transformation.
